Canon: Paperwork

Getting all the paperwork in place before production on my Canon projects begin, every sheet goes towards the making of both the poster outcome and the video. Some sheets obviously being more important for the making of one more than the other. Some still needing signed actually but rather than waiting any longer I decided to go ahead and upload everything now as I am on organizing all the work leading up to where I am right now. Then once the last few signatures are in place this blog will get updated to show.

Starting off, not having all of the paperwork complete, all that had been finished was photocopied and sent into a pdf file allowing me to get what I could out the way only leaving what's left to be filled out. That being a few consent forms and every location lease used for the settings of each shot. That only being one really so far as everywhere else I couldn't find any need for permission to film where located.
Adding another cast member onto the project, it seemed quicker just to take a picture of the personnel list showing the additional name on its own rather than deleting the file above considering the original sheet of paper photocopied automatically onto a slide of all the paperwork with no way of removing the one page without deleting the whole pdf file. It also saves time really rather than having to photocopy all the paperwork once again when already it took a try too many trying get that part done correctly. First attempt ending in the paperwork being sent over backwards has every sheet was photocopied the wrong way. Second time got it right though.
Not seeing the cast members Nathan Davis and Ben Bowes till the twenty-second of  January, it came to my attention it may be faster getting their consent digitally. Sending over a picture of the consent forms to those who needed them, they screenshotted their forms and used a drawing tool found on their personal mobile devices to complete their signatures therefore allowing me to upload the sheets sooner rather than later.
Receiving the permission forms to film in the location chosen, the paperwork had been placed on a word document uploading the two sheets together rather than there being an additional two files posted whereas sticking them on the same file it makes it easier really. So, yeah. Consent was given to film without any issue what so ever.
Finding an additional cast member to be apart of this project, an extra consent form has had to of been whipped up to show she has agreed to be apart of the outcome. Her only request was that her was not to be included which isn't a problem.
