Smile: podcast

Adding a podcast to the mind campaign, I decided to create an unscripted audio linking to the theme of smile. Having me with a few friends, we would talk as if it was a normal conversation... at least, what comes off normal for us. Jokes, laughs, only one part of the audio file was scripted and that was to promote the charity, mind.
Below, you will find two word documents where I listed my research into making the podcast aswell as my official plans to go towards to product.

Before anything, the paperwork was handed in providing evidence that those contributing participated willingly. There was only two sheets though, both being a contributor consent form each as that's all that was required before recording began. Two, because there was only two guests involved on the audio file.
One all was ready, off to the recording studio it was.

After getting the audio recorded using garage band, it was now onto the editing stage with Logic, an audio editing software. As the editing went on, a diary was set in place to follow along with the process recording any experiments, troubles, etc. Unfortunately, the diary had to be cut short due to lack of time.

Getting the whole production out of the way now, the evaluation. Using Microsoft Sway, some analysing had went on, from ideas in pre-production up till having the edit now ready to submit, all that could be mentioned, was mentioned.

Below now, is the resulted podcast this whole blog was written up for.

Canon: Final outcomes UPDATED

Screening both the poster and advertisement to a small audience, there was few tweaks suggested I should make to better the outcomes. Coming from those who previewed the drafts, there was two edits in mind for each to change about both outcomes. I have considered all and will do what I can to improve the drafts. Once those products have been updated, the final versions will be inserted onto this blog. First up, the video: Not knowing how to change the end sequence with some not being so happy with how the white backgrounds appear on images, the only edit I know I can get done for this as suggested, is to have sound added to the start of the video with it being too quiet and practically empty. Thinking through my options, it was either to expand the music file, that possibility I wasn't to fond of as the chosen track gets upbeat straight away which I imagined to have right where the clips came into place. Overview

From researching professional imagery, analysing the camera techniques, looking into the use of props, how the expressions add to the pictures alongside posture to practising photography and getting the hang of photoshop. All that went on where we focused on digital prints, a PowerPoint was put together being updated almost weekly showing progress and what we got up to.  Overview from AmyKilbride2

Smile: Campaign pitch

Before officially starting the campaign, a pitch was created pulling all my ideas and research together showing I have thought through every, some more than others, section for the planning stage with the follow up of announcing what my main goal will be for this project showing I have exactly what I aim to stick with being the final outcome for this campaign. To create this pitch, I decided to use a very useful webpage titled 'Canva' that I had recently found whilst on the hunt for a similar software to PowerPoint, which I decided to use for another campaigns pitch that I am currently working on.
