Smile: Paperwork

Putting together paperwork for my smile video project, it did take some time getting every sheet complete due to a lot of edits needed going into production and throughout. Annoyingly, with multiple issues coming up with arrangements and cast members being picked up just to end up dropping out some of the paperwork does look quite messy and no doubt giving a lack of professionalism. Especially the very first page you'll find following the inserted link below as names of collected actors with their numbers in place alongside having to of been scribbled out showing they are no longer apart of production.

Uploading all the forms together, it may look odd for the contributor release forms as the dates written down on every sheet more or less appear to jump back and forth between the sections I signed and the sections the actors had to sign giving consent to be apart of the video. It was a bit time consuming getting all the pages together, even so one of them isn't even completed hence why there is one name more than the number of forms. It will be added on underneath soon as he (Nathan Davis) is able to sign on. Also being different, as there's not so much time and I would most likely never get it signed in person I have sent it over via a digital image so when signing his signature he would, and will, use a drawing tool found on his mobile device still collecting his permission.

All the location releases and scouting sheets have been filled proving I got permitted access to film before shooting. All being finally signed on the day of filming ready for the cameras to role. There is a form for every set we recorded on, all but one. That being on a small field found in Langley Park, Durham. I did look into, using Google, whether I would or wouldn't be allowed to gather footage on the field but nothing could be found saying whether I could or not. Taking that as permission, footage was still taken on the field as scripted.
Finally the risk assessment sheets. Listing out all the possible accidents that could have occurred, as possible as it was for anyone during production to get hurt, even from the slightest slip up, luckily no one did. Everyone was safe, nothing was rushed, no one on set was left with neither a scratch nor even the tiniest of bruises.
