Before officially starting the campaign, a pitch was created pulling all my ideas and research together showing I have thought through every, some more than others, section for the planning stage with the follow up of announcing what my main goal will be for this project showing I have exactly what I aim to stick with being the final outcome for this campaign.
To create this pitch, I decided to use a very useful webpage titled 'Canva' that I had recently found whilst on the hunt for a similar software to PowerPoint, which I decided to use for another campaigns pitch that I am currently working on. Using Canva, zero issues were given throughout the making of the slideshow all from putting all to mention together up to it finally being presented; resulting in a decently presentable pitch which is all I really needed.
Having a few classmates act as if to be the client, Mind, themselves, the Pitch was declared to them leading to a reasonable result in reactions towards the presentation.
To record any feedback proving my intentions had been presented to a real audience, I went with the idea of voice recording the whole presentation. At first it came to mind to record what went on with a video, but as suggested by a fellow classmate I decided to go with what she brilliantly came up with. By voice recording, I could use the phone as if it were a microphone catching every second without any real issue going towards both the speaker (me) and any possible questions or statements from those watching the act.
Avoiding the video use, it wasn't a guarantee the audio would pick up from both ends leading to a questionable speech with feedback I might of not been able to talk about completely. Another source lead to producing a survey for feedback. But I didn't really believe most responses from there would be genuine as: 1. They might have forgot what I talked about. 2. I honestly don't know what questions I could have asked giving me the commentary I require. Plus, with only recording voices the reactions will be more upfront and real giving each individual a chance to express their opinions as soon as they come to mind.

By following the attachment you would arrive to find the audio created whilst the presentation was presented with everything from me introducing the Pitch to the feedback at the end. The feedback I had received on the pitch did honestly catch me off guard as the main issue brought up was how I sounded giving the presentation having a "scared" voice. Expecting something to be wrong with the research and/or plans, I didn't really know what to give back about the scared voice comment. Although I find it hard, I will aim to come across more confident for next time.
Beginning a pitch for my Canon campaign to express my ideas showing research and planning, a little hunt went on to find a suitable platform for when it came to presenting this pitch giving something different than another PowerPoint slideshow. Not taking too long luckily, Canva.com was discovered giving a very decent slideshow to present followed by a bonus of no complications getting in the way. Below is the result: Canon pitch from AmyKilbride2 When it came to producing evidence of me talking through the presentation, only the audio was saved as a voice recorder was active from my mobile device. Using the phone like a microphone, everything said was made much clearer than if a video format was in use to capture what went on from both the presenters end, (me) and the audiences end collecting feedback, questions, suggestions, everything mentioned. Another option that came with recording the responses was to create a survey asking questions about the survey itself having (digita...
Putting together evaluations now for both of the final products, this part made me very happy I didn't go ahead with the scrapped drafts I wanted to put together. Especially as that means I would have to talk over and over about the same shots again and again getting boring pretty quick. First to complete, was the video product: Canon campaign video evaluation from AmyKilbride2 Getting this done, there was talk on every second from start to finish on the advertisement. Getting onto the digital print now: Canon campaign poster evaluation from AmyKilbride2 Including every detail placed onto the digital print, all had been talked about and analysed.
Continuing on for the smile campaign, below is task two of the three where I did my research on mental health itself as well as the impacts of smiling. Mental health research from AmyKilbride2
